Do I need a new profile for every vacancy?
No. Your Margo's Talent Profile is reusable. You review it before each application and answer only the questions specific to that vacancy.
Does joining the Talent Network subscribe me to consumer marketing?
No. Recruitment and consumer marketing are separate relationships and preferences.
Can I change my availability later?
Yes. You can update your profile, pause Open to Opportunities, or leave the Talent Network at any time.
Can I request a reasonable adjustment?
Yes. Contact careers@margosbeauty.com and tell us what would help you take part. We can consider adjustments and alternative formats throughout the recruitment process.
